The third leg of the Guinness 9-ball tour, formerly the Asian 9-ball tour, starts today, June 15 up to the 17th. It will be held in the Genting Highlands Resort, Malaysia. This year’s tour has 6 stops.

Alcano will start his campaign in Group D with Liu Hai Tao of China and India’s Dharminder Singh Lilly. Corteza is back and draws Group F which includes Naoyuki Oi from Japan and Ryu Seong-Woo of South Korea. Debutant Roberto Gomez is grouped with Yang, and Indonesia’s William Ipaenen in Group A. Jeffrey De Luna is in Group G and faces Singapore’s Bernard Tey and Malaysia’s Mohd Sapawi.

Saturday, June 16’s quarter-finals will be aired from 1 p.m. and Sunday’s semi-finals and finals will be aired starting at 3 p.m.
